At Inzuza, we strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return & exchange eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items must have all original tags and labels attached.
  • The product must be in resellable condition (no damage, stains, or odors).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased on sale (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards.

2. How to initiate a return

To request a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us – Email us at info@inzuza.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive instructions – We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Ship the item – Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Processing & refund – Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds & processing time

– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
– You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Simply place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number.
– A clear photo of the item showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
– Check your bank account or payment provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
– Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.
